Here are some basic beliefs at Calvary. You don't have to believe exactly as we do to be welcomed by our church body, but please realize that we as a church will not change our beliefs on the below items. We invite you to search out why we believe what we do and the positive impact these beliefs could have on your life. Calvary Beliefs Calvary Temple believes that the Bible is the inspired and error-free Word of God, our guide for faith and life. II Timothy 3:16-17 We believe that Jesus is God the Son and took on Himself a human body when He was born of Mary. John 1:1-14 He died on the cross in our place so that oour sins against God might be forgiven if we place our trust in Him alone for our forgiveness. The result of trusting Jesus as our life's leader is eternal spiritual life with God. John 3:16 The gift of eternal life cannot be earned or deserved in any way. It is given to us by God's grace through faith in His Son. Ephesians 2:8-9 Additional Information Calvary Temple is a non-denominational church that has been built on the foundation that we are to strive for the anointing in all that we do. We believe that the Word of God says, that only the anointing will destroy the yolk of sin that is on people today. We invite everyone to come and join us for our services. |
